Select an accessible public location, ideally along walkways, squares, or parks where both people and pets pass frequently. Provide a stable foundation that not only supports the fountain securely but also includes recesses for water supply and drainage. It is also recommended to install a service pit nearby, housing a flow meter, drain valve, and shut-off valve for easy access.
Carefully position the fountain on its foundation and secure it according to local conditions. Connect the water lines and test whether water flows smoothly from the upper to the lower bowl. Also check the foot control mechanism. Finish by cleaning the fountain and its surroundings so it is ready for immediate use by both people and animals.
