The BOX 100, one of the versatile models in the modular BOX series by Escofet 1886, offers a robust and durable seating solution for urban and public spaces. With dimensions of 100x50x45 cm, this model provides more seating space while maintaining the minimalist design and sturdiness characteristic of the BOX series. Suitable for use in parks, squares, and urban meeting places, the BOX 100 combines functionality and aesthetics.
Like other models in the BOX series, the BOX 100 is available in an eco-friendly version, made from recycled concrete with recycled aggregates. The colors Eco-Grey® and Eco-Black® emphasize the sustainable character of this version, making it suitable for projects with a focus on reducing ecological impact. Its etched and water-repellent concrete surface makes the BOX 100 low-maintenance and resistant to heavy use and harsh weather conditions.
The BOX 100 can be used as a standalone element or combined with other models in the BOX series (such as the BOX 50, 150, and 200). Additionally, integration with the Boxland series, including planters and connecting modules, enables numerous creative configurations. This model offers additional seating capacity while showcasing the versatility of the entire collection. Weighing 530 kg, the BOX 100 requires safe transport using polyester slings. Ensure the bench is securely supported to prevent tilting or damage during transport.
The BOX 100 can be placed freestanding or permanently installed on a flat surface. For anchoring, drill holes into the pavement (Ø40 mm) and fill them with resin or rich mortar. Tighten the screws (DIN 931 M16 x 140 mm) securely to ensure maximum stability, which is essential for heavily used public spaces.
The etched concrete surface of the BOX 100 requires minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning with water and a soft brush is sufficient. For persistent stains, a neutral cleaning agent can be used. Thanks to its weather-resistant and durable properties, the bench retains its condition and appearance for many years, even under intensive use.
