NeoRomántico Clásico Bench 300 – Spacious Urban Bench with a Warm Appeal
Designed by Miguel Milá in 1995, the NeoRomántico Clásico Bench 300 is an elegant and functional seating solution for public spaces. This model, crafted from European thermally treated pine, offers a lighter and warmer aesthetic compared to tropical hardwood. Its AG3 cast aluminum frame with an anodized finish ensures excellent resistance to weather conditions and heavy public use.
Thermally Treated Wood for Enhanced Durability
The seat and backrest are made from FSC-certified thermally treated pine (Pinus sylvestris). This controlled heat treatment improves resistance to moisture, fungi, and insects while preserving the natural grain of the wood. The process stabilizes the wood, reducing the risk of warping and cracking. Over time, exposure to the elements will create an elegant silver-gray patina, enhancing the bench’s character.

Maintenance and Wood Protection
To preserve the wood’s finish, an annual application of UV-protective oil is recommended. Cleaning should be done with a pH-neutral, alcohol-free, and non-abrasive cleaner. To extend the lifespan of the wood, prolonged exposure to standing water should be avoided.
