Sustainable and Low-Maintenance Material

The Twig Air Respaldo is made from HDPE polyethylene, a robust and recyclable material resistant to weather conditions. Its non-porous surface is easy to clean and retains its color and finish thanks to UV resistance. A version made entirely of recycled black material emphasizes the product’s eco-friendly features.

Optional LED Lighting and Flexible Installation

This seating unit can be equipped with integrated LED lighting (38W, 5000K) to enhance ambiance and safety in evening settings. Weighing 61 kg and standing 79 cm tall, the Twig Air Respaldo can be placed free-standing or anchored, depending on the requirements of the space.

Easy Maintenance and Long Lifespan

Installation and anchorage instructions

Adaptable Installation for Indoor and Outdoor Spaces

The Twig Air Respaldo can be placed free-standing indoors on a flat surface. This allows for easy repositioning and adaptation to changing layouts. Its robust construction ensures stability, even without anchoring.

For outdoor use, the Twig Air Respaldo can be anchored for added safety and stability. The process begins by securing the M6 bolts into the provided bushings located on the underside of the unit. These bushings and bolts are then placed into the pre-existing holes in the bench. Once the bolts are firmly tightened using three M5 lateral clamps, the unit is positioned at the desired location.

The exact placement is marked on the surface. Holes with a diameter of 20 mm are drilled at the marked points and filled with mortar or resin suitable for outdoor environments. After the mortar has cured, the Twig Air Respaldo is securely fixed in place. If desired, the unit can be internally filled with sand via the inspection chamber to increase weight and stability without compromising the design.

Installation of Optional LED Lighting

For the version with integrated LED lighting, the installation includes connecting the unit to an electrical power supply. Access to the internal wiring is provided via a threaded hatch that can be easily removed for maintenance. The lighting provides bright white illumination (5000K) and is designed for energy-efficient and durable use.
