Twig Air is made from HDPE polyethylene, a high-quality material that is both recyclable and durable. The non-porous surface makes it stain-resistant, easy to clean, and long-lasting. A version made from 100% recycled black material emphasizes the product’s eco-friendly features. Thanks to its UV resistance, the seat retains its color and aesthetic appeal even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Optional LED Lighting and Versatile Installation

The seating unit can be equipped with integrated LED lighting (38W, 5000K) to enhance visibility and ambiance in evening settings. Weighing 57-61 kg, Twig Air is suitable for free-standing placement or anchoring on hard surfaces, making it ideal for parks, urban squares, and even indoor commercial spaces.

Installation and anchorage instructions

Installation for Indoor and Outdoor Spaces

For indoor use, the Twig Air can be placed freely on a flat surface without additional anchoring. Its lightweight construction allows for easy positioning, while the robust design ensures stability even in busy environments.

For outdoor spaces, the unit can be anchored for added stability. The anchoring system is designed to remain hidden after installation, preserving the product’s aesthetic. Installation begins by screwing the provided M6 bolts into the bushings attached to the underside of the unit. This bushing and bolt assembly is then placed into the pre-existing holes in the bench. Once the bolts are tightened with three M5 lateral clamps, the unit is positioned at the desired location.

The exact placement is marked on the surface where the bench is to be installed. Holes with a diameter of 20 mm are drilled at the marked points. These holes are filled with a suitable mortar or resin for outdoor use. After the mortar cures, the bench is securely positioned in the anchored spot. For additional stability, the unit can be filled with sand through the inspection chamber, increasing its weight without compromising the design or functionality.

Lighting and Maintenance Access

For the version with integrated LED lighting, installation includes connecting the unit to an electrical power supply. Access to the internal wiring is provided via a threaded hatch that can be easily removed for maintenance. The LED lighting is designed to be durable and energy-efficient, offering a bright white 5000K color temperature, suitable for urban and commercial applications.
