Weighing 290 kg, the Prat Mesa ECO Ajedrez requires careful and professional transport. Use a forklift, pallet jack, or polyester lifting straps to move the table safely. Protect the table using rubber mats or wooden blocks to prevent damage to edges and surfaces during transport and placement.
The table can be placed freestanding thanks to its robust weight and stability. However, anchoring is recommended in dynamic public spaces to ensure safety and durability. Drill four Ø12 mm holes into the ground and use M12 x 140 mm screws combined with resin or mortar for a secure and stable installation. This prevents shifting and guarantees stability even in high-traffic environments.
The recycled concrete surface and integrated chessboard require minimal maintenance. Clean with water and a mild detergent to remove dirt and grime. Thanks to its high-quality materials, the table retains its quality and appearance even after intensive use and exposure to varying weather conditions.
