The Hebi Curvo Flotante is designed to seamlessly integrate with other models in the Hebi series. The Hebi Curvo Flotante, weighing 950 kg, requires professional transport. Use polyester lifting straps and suitable lifting equipment to safely move the product. Ensure the model remains stable and protected during transportation to prevent damage.
The model must be carefully anchored to ensure optimal stability. The process begins by drilling Ø14 x 180 mm holes into the surface, such as concrete or pavement. These holes are then filled with a resin or mortar mixture to create a solid foundation. Stainless steel M16 bolts are carefully placed and firmly secured to prevent shifting. When integrating the Hebi Curvo Flotante with other models, such as the Hebi Recto Flotante or the solid variants, ensure that the fixings are applied consistently to achieve safe and stable integration.
Maintaining the Hebi Curvo Flotante is straightforward. Regular cleaning with water and a mild detergent is sufficient to keep the model in excellent condition. Periodically inspect the anchors and bolts, especially in high-traffic areas or under extreme weather conditions, to ensure the model's longevity and safety.
