Slimconcrete® reaches wall thicknesses of 15 to 20 mm, making cantilevered forms, sharp ribs, organic lines, and subtle relief textures possible.
The fineness of the aggregate — 1 mm maximum — makes it possible to cast details typically reserved for bronze castings or ceramics. The Vilnius bench by Escofet has a cross-section of barely 2 cm; the Gather modules by Foster + Partners combine a 40 mm backrest with full structural stability.
