The Poblenou paving, designed by Javier Mariscal, is a contemporary reinterpretation of Antoni Gaudí’s hexagonal paving designs. Its distinctive relief creates a continuous, isotropic texture that integrates harmoniously into urban environments. The refined stone-like finish and subtle pattern add aesthetic and functional value to public spaces.
Made of vibro-pressed bilayer concrete (H-250) with a Vibrazolit® stone-textured surface, the Poblenou tile offers exceptional resistance to wear, frost, and UV exposure. The combination of high-quality aggregates, cement, and pigments ensures a natural and long-lasting look with minimal maintenance.
Available in a range of natural tones, including warm earth tones and neutral shades, the Poblenou paving seamlessly adapts to various architectural styles. With dimensions of 28.8 x 25 x 4.5 cm and a weight of 5.56 kg per tile, it is easy to install on a mortar bed of 3 to 5 cm thick (R.min. 100 kg/m²).
